In order for the simulation to generate your text transcripts, audio recordings, and analytics after a session, you must fully complete the session from beginning to end.

If you leave simulation prematurely (e.g. closing the web page as the Virtual Human is speaking), your session will be marked as incomplete and no text transcripts, audio recordings, or analytics will be generated.

Please note that at this time incomplete sessions are unable to be resumed.

Please also note that some products, such as Job Interview Simulations, require a minimum of two (2) sessions to be completed before your overall performance analytics are generated. Your text transcript, audio recording, and analytics for the sessions themselves will still be generated and viewable.
