A session must be fully completed from beginning to end before they are viewable within the portal.

This consists of the text transcripts, audio recordings, and analytics which are only generated once a session is completed.

Please ensure that you do not exit the simulation before the session is completed, such as closing the simulation while the Virtual Human is talking or before the results screen appears in the simulation.

Note that at the moment, incomplete sessions are unable to be resumed.
